One of the most delightful bicycle collections in the world resides in a little known part of Wales, nurtured with care by Mr. David Higman.

During my recent visit, both David and the well-known bicycle historian Scotford Lawrence, graciously provided me with a tour of the collection.

There are many exhibits to study, both quirky and beautiful.
